* Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
* Returns will not be accepted if the product seal, security tag, or original packaging has been tampered with, removed, or damaged.
* Every saree undergoes a thorough quality inspection before packing and shipping to ensure it is free from defects or damage.
* Damaged, used, altered, or improperly handled products are not eligible for return.
* Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
* Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
